Organisation
UASOC oversight
Maintain accountable visibility across Teams, people, aircraft, readiness, flight reviews and consolidated evidence within the UASOC scope.
Keeping role and Team scope attached to the request.
Built for South African commercial UAS operations
AirKo brings Teams, pilots, aircraft, equipment, flight packs and audit evidence into one controlled operational system—without taking the final decision away from the UASOC.
Flight pack
AK-OPS-024 · VERSION 03
Automated checks support the decision. Final release remains with an authorised UASOC person.
One accountable structure
Every view follows explicit role and organisational scope. UASOC users oversee the whole account, Teams work inside their assigned operating unit, and pilots see their own readiness and operations.
Organisation
Maintain accountable visibility across Teams, people, aircraft, readiness, flight reviews and consolidated evidence within the UASOC scope.
Operating unit
Coordinate assigned pilots, aircraft, equipment and flight requests without exposing another Team’s operational records.
Field execution
Give each pilot a focused view of personal records, Internal Safety Stage, assigned operations, flight packs and field submissions.
Operational readiness
AirKo is structured around real dependencies: a pilot’s records and internal stage, an aircraft’s condition, the mission controls, Team review and a human UASOC authorization.
Readiness
Keep regulatory-record review, expiry warnings, internal stage assessments and training evidence visible without collapsing them into a misleading single score.
Assets
Track aircraft serviceability, maintenance thresholds, open defects, payloads and time-sensitive safety equipment against the operation that needs them.
Authorization
Assemble versioned flight packs, surface failed checks and route each release to a separately authorised UASOC person for a recorded decision.
Evidence
Bring operational activity, exceptions, expiry registers and append-only audit events into filtered reports that support review and oversight.
Controlled flight release
Returned, rejected, withdrawn and invalidated states remain visible alongside the main path. A material change creates a new pack version and requires review again.
Automated checks provide decision support only. Final authorization must be made by a human with explicit UASOC authority.
Reporting and audit evidence
AirKo is designed to preserve who changed what, which flight-pack version was reviewed, what conditions applied and why a decision changed—without copying sensitive source documents into the audit trail.
